Celebrating Our Love
With Those We Love

01. Wedding & Reception
Our wedding ceremony will be an intimate moment, filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories as we renew our vows and continue this new chapter together.
Following the ceremony, we invite you to share in our joy at the reception, where the evening will be filled with delicious food, lively music, and plenty of dancing.
02. Farwell Brunch
Join us as we savor the final moments of this special celebration. In the afternoon, locals, extended-stay guests, and immediate family are invited to join Basil and Eva Swinton for a family-style gathering and brunch in Runaway Bay.
No Ordinary Love Story,
A Divine Swipe
It all began with a right swipe on a dating app, Hinge!
After a memorable four-hour phone call and endless text messages, we finally met in person the weekend before Thanksgiving 2022. At first, we didn’t see it—how two seemingly different people could fit together so perfectly. But we were like "peanut butter and jelly."Mildred the peanut butter, was a little nutty and sometimes a bit sticky. Jason the jelly was sweet, smooth, and comforting. But just like peanut butter and jelly, when we finally came together, it was something magical—our love was simple yet perfect, fulfilling in every way, and bound to be a timeless classic. The contrast between us wasn’t a clash; it was the perfect complement. The oldest son with the youngest daughter, a food lover and self-proclaimed chef, a gamer and entertainment enthusiast, and the other held a flair for strategy and commentary, a girl who thrived on adventure, and a guy who cherished life's simple pleasures.
Our similarities and differences made life richer. Our love grew, not in spite of our differences, but because of them. We learned to embrace each other, knowing that what we created together was far better than what we could have made alone.
Through a combined love for food and the sheer joy of each other's presence and above all—our love for Jesus, we became each other's go-to person, navigating life hand in hand.
And two unfamiliar people became best friends, partners, and lovers.
We eloped on August 11, 2023, and now we can't wait to celebrate with all of you and establish December 13, 2025, as our "forever anniversary".

Three things will last forever—faith, hope, and love—and the greatest of these is love
